From EICR fault to invoice, without retyping a thing
CertVault is the certificate app electricians use to produce EICRs, EICs and Minor Works certificates to BS 7671. Quill talks to it directly, so the remedial work you scope on-site becomes billable line items without you touching a keyboard twice.

How it works
- Remedial items from an EICR (C1, C2, C3, FI codes) push straight into a draft invoice or estimate line
- Photos attached to a fault in CertVault carry over as line-item photos in Quill
- Idempotency keys mean a retried or double-tapped import never bills a client twice
- Estimates created from a certificate can still be edited, revised and converted to an invoice as normal
- Payment links, paid-state and batch status sync back so CertVault knows what’s been billed
